Five days before Christmas is the perfect time for Esperi’s “Snowman,” a soft, sentimental childhood story that is perfect for this season of juxtaposing warmth and cold. Esperi is Scottish multi-instrumentalist Chris Lee-Marr, who serenades with a silky smooth voice and delicate instrumentation. This is the second track on his limited edition (50) $5 double A-side Made for Life/Snowman, available through Olive Grove Records. It’s also available digitally for a mere $1.50, and I highly recommend it.
