“Walk With Me” - Memoryhouse
Wow. “Walk With Me” has been saved in my music folder since it was released just over a week ago, and it’s a shame I’m just nows getting to it. It is quite the ballad, with Denise Nouvion’s voice taking a majority of the early spotlight, accentuated by subtle, dreamy instrumentation as they build to the more balanced, climactic finale. I am suddenly far more alert to the face that their new album, The Slideshow Effect, will be out February 28th on Sub Pop. [link]
