“HEART” is a pretty intriguing way to introduce an album, both the album announcement and the actual album itself. The psych pop piece fluctuates between tinkling and dynamic, integrates numerous trippy electronic sounds (some right out of the carnival), yet somehow maintains a twisted sort of vision and purpose. If this is a sign of what’s to come, I’m my curiosity is piqued quite a bit. Time Capsules II drops March 27th via Glassnote.
